Shipping policy

We are New Zealand based business and currently only deliver products and services within New Zealand.

Our dedicated courier provider is Post Haste. Please provide a physical address as our courier service do not deliver to a P O Box.

If delivering to a business place, please provide business name to avoid delays.

If we have incorrectly addressed the delivery, we will re-deliver, replace or refund the product (at our option) but we take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address, or if there was no delivery due to the premises having no safe access point such as dog on property.

We encourage you to tick 'Signature Required' service ( at no additional cost) at checkout while placing an order as we use 3rd party courier services and cannot take any responsibility if the order is stolen or goes missing after being marked delivered.

If your order is required urgently please email us at info@etchcetera.nz and we will do our best to meet your timeframes. Priority Fee will apply.
A tracking link will be sent through email once the order is shipped.
We will try our very best to deliver within the timeframe if you have a specific delivery date. However, we cannot be held liable for any late delivery nor we will authorise any cancellation or refunds due to any delivery delays.
