Refund policy
To start a replacement/refund, you can contact us at info@etchcetera.nz. If your replacement/refund is accepted, we’ll advise the arrangements for this.
Due to the nature of our business i.e. Personalised items, we do not offer any form or refund/return in case of a 'change of mind'.
Should you require any changes after placing your order, please get in touch within 30 minutes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival (within 12 hours) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 30 minutes of placing your order. If failed to do so, your order will be processed and shipped as per requested.
